Master\u2019s students typically enroll at West Texas A&amp;M University (Canyon) while conducting research in the Gadhave Lab. Ph.D. students enroll through the Department of Entomology at Texas A&amp;M University (College Station), completing initial coursework before transitioning to full-time research.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Training is immersive and multidisciplinary, spanning molecular biology, insect vector biology, plant virology, and quantitative approaches across laboratory, greenhouse, and field systems. Students are expected to publish, pursue competitive fellowships, present at scientific meetings, and develop the professional skills required for leadership in research-intensive careers.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-genesis-blocks-gb-columns gb-layout-columns-2 gb-2-col-wideright\" style=\"padding-top:10%;padding-bottom:6%\"><div class=\"gb-layout-column-wrap gb-block-layout-column-gap-2 gb-is-responsive-column\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-genesis-blocks-gb-column gb-block-layout-column\"><div class=\"gb-block-layout-column-inner\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Postdoctoral Scholars<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-genesis-blocks-gb-column gb-block-layout-column\"><div class=\"gb-block-layout-column-inner\">\n<p>Postdoctoral training in the Gadhave Lab is structured to prepare scholars for independence. Emphasis is placed on conceptual leadership, grant development, mentoring experience, and high-impact publications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While there are currently no open postdoctoral positions, highly motivated candidates with independent funding or strong alignment with the lab\u2019s direction are encouraged to initiate a conversation regarding future possibilities.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-genesis-blocks-gb-columns gb-layout-columns-2 gb-2-col-wideright\" style=\"padding-top:10%;padding-bottom:6%\"><div class=\"gb-layout-column-wrap gb-block-layout-column-gap-2 gb-is-responsive-column\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-genesis-blocks-gb-column gb-block-layout-column\"><div class=\"gb-block-layout-column-inner\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Undergraduate Researchers<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-genesis-blocks-gb-column gb-block-layout-column\"><div class=\"gb-block-layout-column-inner\">\n<p>Undergraduate researchers gain hands-on experience in experimental design, data collection, and analysis across laboratory and field settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Openings are limited and project-dependent.
