Berlandier Trumpets is an upright to climbing perennial that tends to grow in trees with multiple branches. It grows in sandy and clay soils of the South Texas Plains and the Edwards Plateau. The fragrant white or light pink trumpet-shaped flowers bloom between April and December and measure approximately 2 1/8 inches long. The bright green leaves are about 2 1/2 inches long and are consumed by white-tailed deer.
