Lamb’s-Quarters is an erect annual standing up to 9 feet tall. It can be found in various soil types of the Edwards Plateau and South Texas Plains. The stems are pale green to reddish and the leaves are slightly three-lobed. The grayish-green flowers are small and on spikes measuring 11 inches in length. Lamb’s Quarters bloom from April to September.
