Point-seed Globe Mallow can be found growing in sandy or rocky soils along roadsides and on the edges of fields in the Edwards Plateau. It can grow to a height of 3 feet. The gray-green leaves are 1 to 2 inches long and are narrow and toothed. The flowers are grenadine in color and are about an inch in diameter. Point-seed Globe Mallow blooms between May and October.
